Chamber Machines/Universal Tools for Electron Beam Processing

Single chamber universal machines are available in the chamber sizes 0.7 to 700m³. Chamber machines are particularly used in prototype and small-series production as well as in the laboratory and development sectors. When operating the machines, the process steps, such as workpiece change, chamber evacuation, electron beam processing, chamber ventilation and the next workpiece change, are performed in succession and within the time intervals that are technologically necessary.

With different chamber sizes available and suitable manipulator concepts such as flat pallets, one or multiple spindle turning devices and turn, tilt and lifting devices, pro-beam is able to carry out longitudinal and shape welding or radial and axial welding according to customer requirements. Non-productive times can be reduced by offering customized solutions.

Load lock shuttle machines – Universal, Fast and Flexible Electron Beam Processing

Load lock shuttle machines combine the universality of single chamber machines with the advantages of having highly reduced process costs, short changeover times and flexible equipment concepts. They are used for a huge variety of workpieces. The machine type guarantees a high productivity at low piece costs. It is suited for small, medium and mass production. Load lock shuttle machines can be integrated in fully automated production processes.

The drilling machines are a special type of chamber machines. In this case the workpiece carrier is an integral part of the machine.
