Image Interpretation
An image is produced by the back-scattered electrons (electron optical insight system). A defined contour is compared with the received and analyzed data, the respective corrections are performed by software. Example: a circle has to be welded, the position of the circle can differ according to the tolerance. By means of image interpretation the current center can be determined and transmitted to the control system.
