Conveyor/Transfer Machine
The conveyor/transfer machine is equipped with an infeed and an outfeed conveyor system having only half of the volume of the conveyor/shuttle machine. Thus, they can be evacuated even faster. The workpiece pallets move through the system in a linear manner (prechamber, welding chamber, post-chamber). With this system, non-productive times are reduced by the time needed for pallet replacement on the coordinate table and by the shortened pumping times.Advantages:
- high flexibility
- multiple-use devices available
- suited for series production
- to a large extent, non-productive times parallel to the primary processing time (if the welding process lasts longer than the non-productive times this machine type is used optimally).
