Cycle Machine

Cycle machines are particularly suited for workpieces having the same weld seam geometry – preferably for circumferential welds. Depending on the component design turning or swivel devices are used. Loading is performed simultaneously with welding in an own loading station.

Advantages:

small chamber, short non-productive times

very well suited for automation
