Spinner disc for glass wool production

Spinner discs are one of the key components for the production of glass wool. Depending on the type of spinner, there will be 20.000 to 50.000 holes in each cated ring made by exteme hard and heat resistant alloys. A mechanical machining isn’t economical any more and even often even not feasible.

• Materials: CO alloys or CrNi alloys (such as 2.4879)
• Wall thickness: 3.5 to 8mm
• Hole diameter: between 0.45 and 1.2mm
• Numbers of drillings: up to 50.000 each disc
