UMH Heating Machine for Semi-Finished Product Heating

The application of low-frequency magnetic fields by means of UMH technology allows for the uniform heating of compact extrusion dies. The UMH heating machine heats the extrusion dies without damaging the tool steel irrespective of whether rests of the material to be shaped remain in the material. The heating is continuously adjustable in order to ensure that each application reaches the optimum die temperature.
