Trainee Program
Have you completed your studies or are you just starting your career and would like to gain experience in various business areas? Do you enjoy working in different teams and value networking within a company? Would you like to take on responsibility in projects while gaining practical experience in operational work? Then pro-beam's trainee program is just right for you.
We offer you the opportunity to start as a trainee (m/f/d) with a management-oriented or technical focus. During the two-year program, you will get to know various departments and locations and develop both professionally and personally. The aim is to prepare you for positions of responsibility within the pro-beam group.
What you can expect:
- Individual design of the program according to your interests and goals
- Participation in our pro-beam talent program
- Personal support from an experienced manager
- 3–4 external training courses for personal development
- Project sprints (1–3 days) per half-year on current topics
- Networking events within the group of companies
- Opportunity for international assignments
Are you ready?
- Do you have a degree in engineering or economics
- Do you have gained some practical experience, e.g. through internships
- Do you have a natural analytical mind and enjoy solving strategic and complex tasks
- Are you willing to travel and relocate within Germany
- You are a team player, have strong communication skills, and have demonstrated initiative
