This system is ideal for large-scale production of components with similar geometries, for example, gear components such as sprockets or gear wheels. It produces components with cycle times of only 10 - 20 seconds in single piece flow. Thanks to its small footprint, this machine requires less floor space. Its modular design makes it easy to upgrade.
The RT 165 is optionally available with turning/swiveling/lifting equipment as well as other optional extras. A gate shuttle system enables evacuation as well as loading and unloading while the process is running, which increases productivity and availability.
