All vacancies can be found on our job application portal. If you want to apply for a job, click on "Apply here" at the end of the posting. The system will then take you to the application form.
Please avoid using other methods of application such as e-mail or regular mail.
Please completely fill out the data marked with a * because this is required so that we can process your application quickly and seamlessly. You can also upload your cover letter, CV and references to the portal. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the application has been sent.
If your application arouses our interest, you will be invited for a personal interview. Our job application process includes a total of two personal interviews as well as an online assessment test that is taken on-site following the first interview.
You can also apply to several positions without having to enter your data multiple times. To do so, complete the form for one position and then list the other position(s) which are of interest to you in your cover letter.
In principle, you can also fill out several job application forms. If you are applying for several positions, please also indicate this here.
If all the required documents are present, then an online job application at pro-beam doesn't take longer than 15 minutes.
If none of the listed positions seem a right fit for you, you can also send in an unsolicited application. This is also done via the job application portal. There is a link for an unsolicited application under “Vacancies.”
All data marked with a * are mandatory. Applications missing this information unfortunately cannot be considered. Mandatory fields include:
- E-mail address
- Password
- Form of address
- First name
- Last name
- Postal code of your place of residence
- Telephone
- Work permit
- Information as to whether you are or were an employee with us
- Earliest start date
- Salary expectations
You require a cover letter, your current CV and your references for your application. In addition, you can also upload a photo of yourself.
The pro-beam job application portal accepts all common file formats. However, we prefer documents in PDF format. Please note that the max. file size for applications is 50 MB. You can upload individual documents or all documents combined in one file.
When you apply to us, this automatically generates an applicant account for you. You can log back in or out any time using this data. All previously entered information will be saved.
An applicant account is automatically set up for you when you apply for a vacancy at pro-beam. When you log back in and edit your application, these changes take immediate effect.
Once you have sent in your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail.
Naturally, we cover the costs of traveling to the personal interviews (2nd class with Deutsche Bahn). Please provide us with the original ticket as well as your bank account details.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the current status of your application in our portal. Once your application has been received by us, our HR department will be in contact with you as soon as possible and inform you about the current status.
You can decide this for yourself in the job application process. Your data will either be deleted on completion of the current job application process or you can authorize for it to be saved after the position has been filled. In this case, a maximum storage period of two years applies.

At pro-beam, your entire work time is recorded in a flextime account. This means that you only have to be present for the prescribed core times (e.g. 9 AM – 3 PM) and your remaining work time can be divided up however you wish. When you build up overtime, you will receive time off in lieu.
